AGORA has been closely monitoring the COVID -19 pandemic. Without testing, it is difficult to determine who is infected and who is not. Therefore, we have partially re-opened our office using COVID-19 Guidelines for the safety of our Clients and Staff. No indoor one-on-one Sessions, however, computer and document drop offs are available for documents to complete your file for services. To further reduce the risk of exposure of our staff, clients, their loved ones, and their communities to COVID-19, AGORA is taking the following actions:
- All Phone Calls will be answered and/or returned and Emails will be addressed within 24 hours.
- All Counseling Appointments already on our calendar will still be completed by Telephone.All documents, as of 6/15/2020 can be completed through our new Client Portal Documents can be uploaded from the same portal. More information to come.
Clients can stay up-to-date on their housing services through the portal.
Clients without computers will be serviced either through mail or document drop.
